OJN Foundation Announces New Leadership at Transition and Handover Ceremony
The OJN Foundation has formally concluded its Leadership Transition and Handover Ceremony held under the theme “Honouring Service | Entrusting the Future,” marking an important milestone in the organisation’s commitment to strong governance, institutional continuity, and sustainable impact.
The ceremony celebrated the dedication and contributions of outgoing leaders while officially welcoming a new leadership team entrusted with advancing the Foundation’s mission of youth development, moral reorientation, and civic responsibility.
At the event, Ms. Deborah Ojima |Edoh was appointed as the Executive Director, Mr. Poroye Oluwasegun Samuel was announced as the Director of Media and Communications, and Mr. Abel Ogunlowo was named the Director of Volunteers. These appointments reflect the Foundation’s confidence in capable, visionary leadership to steer its programmes, partnerships, and community engagement efforts into a new phase of growth.



Speaking at the ceremony, the Foundation reaffirmed its commitment to transparency, accountability, and people-centred leadership, noting that the transition was designed to strengthen operational effectiveness and ensure long-term sustainability.
The OJN Foundation continues to work across communities to promote leadership development, civic engagement, and social responsibility among young people, contributing to national development through purposeful youth empowerment.
