The Founder/CEO's Motives

A life-long advocate for the development and inclusiveness of youth in government and leadership positions, Ambassador Dr. Oladele John Nihi is a Pan-Africanist with an impressive background in politics, leadership, and philantropy. He envisions a world where everyone is given a platform to learn, develop, grow, and contribute to the growth of the world which he sees as a global village. He is the convner of the annual OJN Symposium; an assemblage of industry leaders abd learners, used as a platoform for discussing critical issues that are important to the growth of indidviduals and the society.

Having represented the interests of the youth across various stages and levels in his career ranging from local/grassroots, state, national, continental and global platforms and organizations, Ambassador Dr. Oladele John Nihi has founded the OJN Foundtion to cater to the following needs:

The Oladele John Nihi Foundation is born out of a pressing need to empower young Nigerians with the skills, knowledge, and values necessary for effective leadership. Nigeria, with its vast youth population, faces significant challenges in leadership development, moral reorientation, patriotism, and civic engagement. The country's future depends on cultivating a new generation of leaders who can drive positive change. By bridging the leadership gap, fostering moral excellence, promoting patriotism, and supporting vulnerable populations, the OJN Foundation strives to build a better Nigeria, one leader at a time.
