Oladele John Nihi Foundation is a nonprofit but charity-oriented organization with a lead objective to provide leadership development, equip young Nigerians with skills, knowledge, and values necessary for effective leadership.

The Oladele John Nihi Foundation is born out of a pressing need to empower young Nigerians with the skills, knowledge, and values necessary for effective leadership. Nigeria, with its vast youth population, faces significant challenges in leadership development, moral reorientation, patriotism, and civic engagement. The country's future depends on cultivating a new generation of leaders who can drive positive change.
